2. Booking and Payments
To begin any project, an initial consultation and advance payment may be required. Final costs are subject to change based on material choices, design updates, and additional work requested. Full payment must be completed as per the agreed timeline.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate property details and grant access for site visits, measurements, and execution. Delays due to lack of access, approvals, or third-party involvement are not the responsibility of Gurgaon Renovation.

4. Design Ownership
All designs, concepts, and documents shared with clients remain the intellectual property of Gurgaon Renovation until full payment is made. Unauthorized duplication or commercial use is prohibited.

5. Timelines
We aim to complete all projects within agreed timeframes. However, unforeseen delays (e.g., material shortages, weather, third-party delays) may impact timelines. Gurgaon Renovation will keep clients informed and work to minimize delays.

6. Cancellations and Refunds
Project cancellation must be requested in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued as per the stage of work completed and materials procured. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
